Congressmen Rick Boucher and Lee Terry jointly introduced a bill in Congress today that is an important alternative to harmful proposals being promoted by the Federal Communications Commission.

The bill has the support of several organizations representing more than 1,000 rural broadband providers across the country.  More details are available below:
